Description of the Tour of 3 days and 2 nights - Puerto Maldonado, Monkey Island, Cocha Perdida

FIRST DAY: PUERTO MALDONADO AND TOUR TO MONKEY ISLAND

According to your location, you will be transferred from the hotel to the airport to board to the city of Puerto Maldonado “Capital of biodiversity of the world”. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed and you will start with a tour of the city in our bus and then go to the Capitanía port and be embarked on the boat through the Madre de Dios River.

Upon arrival at the hostel you will have a welcome drink as a courtesy, you will settle in our bungalows and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon in the company of our specialized guide you will visit Monkey Island since it is located 5 min. from the lodge, during the walk you will observe extraordinary landscapes with exuberant flora, which shelters a variety of monkey species in their natural habitat; such as maqui sapas, capuchins, little lion monkeys, puffins, preserves and a great variety of birds and you will complete the journey through the island enjoying the sunset, being the sunset the most impressive in the jungle. We will return to the lodge to have dinner and rest.

SECOND DAY: TOUR TO THE LOST COACH

You will carry out internment walks to reach the Lost Cocha, which constitutes an ecosystem of refuge and food for an immense variety of animals. There is the possibility of observing otters, alligators, turtles, sachavacas, birds with multicolored plumage, the majestic jaguar and a great variety of fish.

This area is unique and remains intact with huge swamps and various swamps. Then you will arrive at the extraordinary Amazon Viewpoint from where you will be able to appreciate the magical jungle, likewise you will take a pleasant canoe ride around the Lake.

Then you will return to the hostel to enjoy lunch and in the afternoon we offer you as an option to visit the botanical garden. If you want to refresh yourself, we offer you the Amazon pool and you will continue with the return to the lodge, to have dinner and rest.

THIRD DAY: TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT

In the morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to the Puerto Maldonado airport so that you can board your flight and return to the City of Lima or Cusco.
