Description of the Tour 2 days and 1 night

FIRST DAY: OVERNIGHT IN AGUAS CALIENTES

To start the tour we will pick you up from your hotel 1 hour before the departure of your train, we will take you to the train station located in the town of Poroy (30min from the city) then you will board the train of the company “PERURAIL” and start The trip to the town of “Aguas Calientes” (2000 masl), lasts 4 hours.

Upon arrival in the town of Aguas Calientes, we will go to the selected hotel. This first day you have an à la carte menu included in the “Indio Feliz” restaurant; in the town of Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon you have the option to take a walk around the town and do some shopping if you wish. At night our guide will look for you at the hotel to provide you with the necessary information for the tour that you will have the next day, if you wish later you can visit the Hot Springs.

SECOND DAY: TOUR IN MACHU PICCHU

Very early in the morning of the second day of the tour, we will go to the bus station to ascend for 30 minutes to the incredible world wonder “The Sanctuary of Machu Picchu”, known as “The Lost City of the Incas”. Upon arrival at the citadel of Machu Picchu, we will go through the control, where we will deliver our entrance tickets and begin our guided tour, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the royal quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and cemeteries, approximately for more than two hours. Concluded in a tour of the citadel of Machupicchu, optionally you can do the trekking to the summit of Huaynapicchu or the Mountain sector, this will take a few hours, in which you can enjoy the landscape and take some impressive views (This visit is without a guide). In the afternoon we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes and we will go to our hotel, to take out the suitcases, and arrive at the train station with due anticipation to return to the city of Cusco where we will be waiting for you at the Poroy station. to transfer you to your hotel.
